Driver Orientation Specialist Class

All of NFI Transportation’s Orientation Specialists attended a Train-The-Trainer session to review the revised driver orientation program at NFI University in Voorhees, NJ. Lee Robledo, VP of Safety and Loss Control, led the session for the 11 attendees. The goal of the session was to enhance the experience for our new drivers by ensuring we are equipping them with all of the necessary knowledge needed to be successful at NFI. All of the classroom and hands on material was updated, revised and streamlined and the each Regional Orientation Specialist left with a lesson plan and updated PowerPoint presentations.
